Whats up guys. Just wanted to introduce myself. Im from california and grew up in a hotrod oriented family. Always been into rods and fast cars/trucks/bikes. I own a 72 C-10. Always wanted one cause my dad had one growin up. Now i got one and its nicer than his was. Well i think thats why i found this site cause my hot rod taste is going into a different direction. It all started when i was getting custom headers made for my truck up in santa rosa. The owner of the shop had a 32 steel body that was flat black with the running boards on it and everything. It was lowered on steelies and i thought man that is bad ass! He had little stickers with deer's on the sides of the hood and i asked him what they were there for and he said he put one there every time he hit a deer in the car. There was 4. thats the way i think hotrods should be. Now i got this truck thats all pretty and im afraid when i drive it cause i dont want to scratch the paint. Im only 23 but i always like to learn new things, especially when it comes to hotrods and things of that nature. So thats my introduction, anybody around the central coast of california ever need a help wrenchin or drinkin, hit me up.
