The best plans are in your mind, just have them wing-it, that'll produce some pretty ingenius stuff.
Actually, When 38chevy454 and myself built them we discussed what we wanted to do, took measurements, got specs for engine/tire etc and I used Adobe illustrator to produce 1:1 drawings in profile, then printed themout on a HP plotter that does 3 ft wide prints so we had full size mock-ups to go by for the frame bending. Even after we had plans the next couple i built were from "eyeballin" because each persons comfort zone is different ie: leg length, seat width yadda, yadda so the plans were never used again. So like i said, just have them wing it. This was the last one built for our Car Show as a raffle bike.

<font color="red">Yo you know OLDBEET right?......his boy is a Mini-Bike Genius......he has built or help build a ton.....the way he usually does them is to just bend tubing until it looks like something you would want to be seen riding!.....here are some examples...one steel one aluminum!

I can send ya pics and crude drawings of how I built mine...it might be cool because it can be done to virtually ANY bicycle using any old Tecumseh or Briggs horizontal shaft engine. It involves a simple set of mounts that allow tension adjustment on the clutch, which rolls on top of the rear tire. Not a conventional "mini-bike" design, but it would be easy for kids and low buck hacks like me to do using basic hand tools...and it allows for use of the bicycle's pedals and brakes as well as engine power!

(Kill the motor and pedal when ya see the cops coming, kids!)

I think K-MEMBER built the blue one for around 32 dollars. They are bikes on a budget. Mor bang fur your buck...OLDBEET

Yeah, Im into the light blue one for under 30 bucks. Had the extra clutch the pipe was the majority of the money...
As for plans, I DONT NEED NO STINKING PLANS... that would be like real work, I just have fun and monkey around with em...Good Luck Experiment...
