Finned HEI Cover. How do I install it?

I just got my nifty new finned HEI cover from O'Brien Truckers a few days ago. Kool looking piece to cover an ugly distributor. When it got here I was a little confused as to how it goes on. I took it out to my pickup this morning to see if I could figure it out, and I had no luck. I've never seen one of these. If you post a photo or a link, I'll try and help. The GM HEI has tabs on the very top to hook diagnostic equipment to. It snaps on to the dustcover. I think that is where you need to look...

Either that or JB Weld.
