How in the hell do you get a picture to the 80x80 size and small enough. I try to resize but cant get the actual file size small enough...Its frustrating. I have photoshop...what am I doing wrong? Here is the pict I want to use.

Hey there!

after you go to image size and get it to 80px x 80px - then change the image mode to "indexed color" there will be some options there - play around with them to get the best pic you can. (it'll limit u to 256 colors.)

after that - save as . . . and save it as a .gif. (i think photoshop calls it compuserve.gif)

then you should be good.
