How bout a big campout at the track in Temple-Academy ?

Just wondering if the track would be cool if a bunch of people wanted to camp out at the track, since the weather will be bearable. Nov. 8 should be good camping weather.
They let me stay there overnight last time in the M/H. But, when they kill the power it is DARK!!!

Just a thought for those wanting to save a buck....

Sounds like alot of fun, but wont that mean missing out on the beautiful ladies of the burlesque show? I mean Yeah, all you guys need to go camping!

Yeah that's what I thought. My wife and all the chicks there dug it as much as the guys. She came home and told her friends how cool it was. Beats the heck out of me?

Hey Root didja know that years ago that track used to run the other way, if you lost brakes you could end up in the Little River. Back in the 60s I used to run c-modified production 56 Chev up there, lots of ghost stories about old drag racers ended up dead in the river before they ran the track the other way, I would be scared shitless to be out there on that ole river in the dark with no lights!

Seriously, If you can't park overnight there you are welcome to make the 30 to 40 minute drive to my place and hook up to my shop power, spend the night here, seriously. We gonna be there.
