Here is my contribution for the week. This little sucker is going to be a 12" resin Art Toy. I will cast it at home just like my shift knobs with molds and resin. Hopefully I can figure out how to make the elbows and shoulders move so he can hold his surfboard.

I have started taking some process shots but don't have them pulled from the camera yet. Look for him finished this spring.

A gift for a car club member- an overpaint of a drawling which was then scanned and resized and cropped into a 12 inch circle which then became the clocks face. two different sized allen head bolts I found in the garage were inserted as hour points. Put her back together and and had one custom car club clock.

Well I know this isn't car related art but I made it in the ACME shop right next to the 50 Merc project and the ACME van.....doesen't that count?

Large quilter's chest for my sister.

Woods used are Pao Amarillo (yellow wood) and Brazillian lacewood (red color wood). Detail on top is .060 bronze with a light antique finish. The inside lid and bottom are leather panels with a stitch detail to mimic the design of the top.
