Kustom Headlight/Tailight treatments

Any ideas/pictures of some Kustom light treatments on a 55' Buick?

I've looked into the Packard tail light setup, but what I could find was crazy expensive or shot to shit ! (Thanks Rat for the info!)

I'm thinkin' salvage yard items that I could cut off the sheet metal with the lights and all, and then try to massage it together. Maybe new VW Bug hdlts. and older Caddy tails ?

Wadda ya think ?

55 Lincoln or 56 Dodge, Quarters & taillights would be different & look cool for sure.

Those VW headlights would ruin it for good in my humble opinion.
How about 55 Caddy headlights? Lincoln sounds like a good choice for taillights.

The Vw lights would be lame, plus the fenders are plastic.

You dont want VW headlights trust me. They are a pain in the ass and come in about a 16" tube that is all one assy.
My wife just had to have one and changing the drivers side headlight takes me about 2 hours to do.

I hate that car.
