Mooneyham and Sharp 554 coupe

Where is the Mooneyham and Sharp car at? American Rodder and also R&C featured it while it was in Don Garlits Mueseum. I know it went to Pebble Beach where the SO-CAL coupe came first, Pierson coupe camne second and Chrismans coupe came third. Where is it now? It would make a great cacklefest car!

4eva, Gene Mooneyham is still alive and kinda running his blower business, although on a very reduced scale. He is in his mid-seventies now but last I heard from my friend Steve, who worked for Gene for a while, he is in very good health. He is working on some old pickup truck, I think it is a mid-thirties Mopar. My friend Steve had to leave the blower business as it was to hard physically! Gene could and did work him to the point of exhaustion. Not that he was a tyrant, he just worked hard. I'll ask Steve how he is doing the next time we talk.

Thanks for the update on Gene, I had seen a pic of him on We Did It For Love . com. What a legend he is!
