MD...1953 Ranch Wagon

Been lurking in all the right places...Jalopy Showdown/Drags, HAMB, Scarylarry & Jr, etc.

Finally have wagon in my possession, so it's time to introduce. Still gathering history but is supposed to be original Frederick, MD vehicle purchased by local hardware store. V8 flathead, automatic, all original that I can tell. Runs, drives. Not pretty, but solid in all the necessary places.

Goal is to make roadworthy for 2011 Jalopy Showdown. Looking forward to being on the "inside"!

I'm now back in GA where I was born and raised, but I spent 15 years in Maryland, 1989-2004. Always liked the '52-'56 Ranch Wagons, always wanted one. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford both like your '53 and send friendly horn honks.
