`63/`65 Riviera tires . What to use .. NEED ADVISE ..

HI http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif Was hoping some of you knew what tire-size to use on my `63 Riv . Belive the car was delivered with 7.10/15 as new , But after takin`a look at the Coker-Tire site , I got a bit confused . Firestone ( My favorite ) came in a 6.70"/15"( 1" WW ) with a 28,58 Dia , And they had "redline" tires 7.75"/15" with a 27,36" Dia . How can it be that the 6,70 tire is taller than the 7,75 tire ? , And What Dia would be best for my Car ?? THANX http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

on my '65 Rivi I have 205/70-15" skinny whitewalls...

I'm not so sure about those other sizes...

The `63 is a NICE 1-Ownr`, so I would like to add a set of Bias-plys`to keep a "stock" look to it. ( will lower it though ) I also bought a `64 , and that car will probably be given a more apropriate treatment, so your Tire-size-info will be helpfull on that one . http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif...
