Mr Roadster Harness with Turn Stat 900

How do you connect an old Turn Stat 900 to the 20 circuit Mr. Roadster harness? I don't know what to do with the blue wire and the yellow wire on the turn stat 900 and the Mr. Roadster uses two two pin electronic flasher units instead of one three post thermal flasher unit.

Any help would be great.
