Tri-Five chevy convertible top colors

Hey, I was looking through the new Classic Chevy catalog, and it says that white and black tops were available, and also beige and light blue. Ive never seen a 55-57 convert with a factory beige or light blue top. Is this true? Any help would be appreciated.............Briggs

Not 100% on this, but I think beige tops came on cars that had Adobe Beige as a primary or secondary color, and I'm sure blue tops were available on blue or grey cars, or white cars with blue interiors.

I once had a friend tell me that early early Canadian production 55's had the E-Z-I glass color coded to match the paint on the more popular colors - red, blue, yellow and of course the usual green used through the 5-6-7 run. I have seen a 55 with correct dated blue tint side glass, never saw red or yellow.

in 55-57 white, black, blue, beige and green where available. as per the cars inc. catalog. also in 55 a grey top was available with the pink and grey color cars.
