So I have to spill it, that plastic yellow body is not a HAMB friendly project. Study the site more closely and read the 'read this first' sticky at the top of the intro page.

Sorry, but someone had to point out the obvious. Don't post it on the mainboard unless you've got real thick skin!

Welcome, hopefully you'll see the light.

Welcome, hopefully you'll see the light.

It is a '39 convertible.
There are a ton of glass bodied car owners on this site.
Probably more '32s than Henry ever made.

Does the color upset you?

Also I have a heap of pics of parts that came with the boat, dad and I are not sure what some are, where would be the most appropriate section to post those for help?

Incorrect. That is not a replica of any body Ford ever made. No body parts interchange. It is 'styled' after a Ford. Loosely at that.

Apart from that, I don't care what people build for their own enjoyment but those cars are O/T for this site and I am just giving a heads up.

In the good old days the flaming - even on the now anything goes intro section - was brutal.

This site caters for custom cars.
A lot of them don't resemble anything Ford ever made either.
So a glass custom is bad but a glass clone is OK?
Sounds like the restorers club to me... :D

A custom is car that has been customised. A premoulded "custom" isn't a custom.

Wow wish I hadn't have posted any pics at all :) or mentioned what I am working on... oh well too late now.. I did read that sticky first but thought as it was an intro no harm in listing my other project ;)

Let me start fresh.

I currently own a 39 Chevy Coupe and I am a young hot rodder from Melbourne Australia, as I am female and so young I find it hard to be accepted at times so your support and advice here is really appreciated :)
