Hey all- I'm going to try to do this right this time.

My name's Ron. I've been a hot rod fan for as long as I can remember. My step-dad built a '57 Chevy in the garage when I was 9 years old, and I fondly remember that. Handing him wrenches, learning what all the tools were, and learning what a carburetor does is such a great way to spend time with your dad. Because of that, I'm a big fan of passing the love for hot rods on to my own sons (who are 3 and 1). Admittedly, they're a bit young to 'get it' but we have fun anyway.

I've only recently gotten into actually owning a car which has a purpose other than driving myself to work. I had a 1957 Chevy truck that I rebuilt. Thought of my dad every step of the way. Sold it a little while ago.

Now, I'm looking for something new.

ok, that's me. :)
