Tips on spraying metal flake?

I have a 62 comet and i want to do a white body with a red metalflake roof. Ive never sprayed metalflake. Anybody have any tips on spraying it? Thanks

Spray your color first, then spray a coat of clear. I mix mine with DBC 500 if you are spraying a bc/cc. Fog it on, let it fall into the paint or you will have stripes. Then clear over it.Donnie has a cool site and he does a lot of it. He own Imperial customs. Dunno the website. Hope this helps
