Wire Wheels and Hubs what are they and $

A customer just gave me 2 16in wire wheels, and some hub assemblys said to be off a 47 ford...the wheels I dont know..also a beer keg super duper gas tank!
can anyone tell me what these wheels are and the value of said Items above?

Those look like Ford wheels, but to my eye they look a little 17-ish. I could be wrong.

The brakes look like the '48's since they have those little dimples on the backing plates and no adjusters on the bottom shoe pins. But the drums are the earlier '40 style since the hubs are inside, not outside. They can be used together no problem though.

The bolt pattern should 5on 5 and 1/2.
They look like all the ford wires I have. I'm sure the tire has the size on them.
