My family works on cars. I helped my grandfather with a 1932 sedan which he chapped down the top to 8" back in 1956. My father had a 1930 hot rod, two 1957 Rancheros and a few 1964, 65,66 Mustangs. My first car was a 1953 Ford Victoria, two door hard top. The next one was a 1939 Plymouth, 1910 Ford Town Sedan, 1930 Model A, 1931 Graham Paige, 1953 MG TD which the last three I am working on. I retired two years ago and now I have more time for the cars. I made the body for that 1910 Model T, and was put together from parts. (Sold As a parts car!!!) I do the carpentry & mechanics but not the machining. I have a rebuilt 8cylinder 1940 Pontiac I might get a body for it???
I am a retired Art teacher and it seems that I am working harder now.
