A new shop? .........pics and storage

I think I may have landed a new shop already! its over 5000sq feet. over double what we have here. Central heat and air in the office. break room, extra offices and space..
My question is would anyone need a place for indoor bike or car storage..Hotrodladycruiser have your boys hooked up yet?
we havent gotten the place as of yet but Im trying. if we do Ill need to make extra money and car storage is perfect!

sorry to crush all the rumors but her "boys" needed a place to store there bikes down here for the winter!
