Okay, they're models, but I've been really busy lately, and this last weekend was the first chance I've had in a while to play with any of my own projects. I love the rear of this '40:

Maybe it'll give somebody an inspiration for their 1:1.

Nice! And why not feature 'em in a driveway or lot, anyhow.

Hey, I saw your post on the Hobby Heaven board. Didn't know that was you. Those two look really cool.

Oh man the duval w/s on the 40 convert is awsome. If I was ever inspired by a model it's that one.

I built a '49 Ford once. I kinda started off building it as a mild custom. Somehow it ended up cream with red scallops and a big ol' #49 on the roof. WTF!?!?!? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Gotta buy a couple more and do a chopped one and a sectioned one. That looks real cool.

I built one of them shoebox Ford models with a 3.8 Thunderbird SC engine and 5-speed tranny in it...lowered it and painted it a Mopar "Go-Mango" orange with a white interior.

Cool AMT kit...fun to build!

Ribbed bumpers come in the AMT '40 Sedan Delivery, along with a nice steering wheel and a cool set of flipper caps.
