Ok, I have Adobe photoshop and want to resize some pics. I can do it, as for the Avatar, to 80x80 or smaller, but can't get them down to the 7K or smaller required size. The smallest I got them to is 14.7K.

Any info would be greatly appreciated before I start listening to the voices and get my guns out!!!!

Are you still saving as a BMP or JPEG?

Still as a JPEG

Go ahead and post the original and the 14K version and let me take a look.

If you're exporting as a JPEG and still over budget I'm kinda curious.

When you save choose "Save fo Web" Then choose jpeg or gif. If you choose Gif you can choose the number of colors and 64 is usually good for an avatar. That's what I did, 256 is the max.

Zumo, I did what you suggested and the Avatar loaded up to view in the "edit Avatar" pg, but get this msg when I select to save. The custom avatar button is selected.

There has been an error in the upload. Please ensure that the file has been correctly selected and that the upload has taken place successfully.

WTF? over

I just noticed the Avatar working after I clicked the back btn.
Oh well, it's there now. Thanks to all.

That's my kick shovel I built last year, my girder with snowmobile hydrogen shock, homemade rear fender, 5 deg rake on the neck, and modded swingarm for the sproto in the rear, plus some other home/garage built shit. the thing is a "murdercycle" but a blast to ride. If anyone cares:rolleyes:
