Here's a pic of the first mock-up my new blower setup, what do you guys think? Is this on topic if I say I plan on kicking some Mustang's asses?

I like it... when you get done how about posting some info on problems you ran into and what you would do different.. Blowes have always been that 'mystery' install for me.. how to do it and not screw everything up...

It's a start but I'd just look at them and snicker...give them the idea you don't want to waste your time.
I had to do that many years ago when the Kawasaki 900 came out. I was a Harley man, Pan Head then. I couldn't have beat them if nitrous was around then.
Still ,..............Lookin Good
I'd say that's on topic and very cool. Looks nice man.

Holy Shit! Whats that in?
Flatdog, that sure is a tight fit,the 471 is pritty wide at the bottom. I'm sure you'l get all the problems worked out,it's gonna look cool.what comp. are you running, and what boost are you looking for? Have you done anything to the bottom end, If not make sure to run the boost down low.I've got a blown flatty wateing to go in my roadster pickup.I'm running 4-97's with 7 to 1 CR.I made up 3 sets of pulleys so I could go high or low for cruzn.Glad to see your putting one togeather,If I can help in any way let me know--TV http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Well, it's no Michael Jackson thread, but I guess it's close enough to "on topic". Looks real cool...let us know how it runs!

The motor is in my '34 coupe. The manifold is a Navarro. The motor has a 7:1 comp ratio, forged pistons, and a four bolt center main cap for the crank. The blower is going to be 12% underdriven, I'm shooting for about 6lb of boost.
I'd like to see a pic of the 4 Strombergs. I plan on eventually doing the same but with Rochesters.

Can anyone here give me a recipe for a blown flattie? ive yet to see one in real life...be interesting to get an idea of what needs to be done to a stock standard flattie in order to make a rleiable blown engine.

Looks like a very nice car.

I got a 67 mustang, it's a fun car with a built 302,... BUT, I got beat by a ragged-ass chevy truck the other night... mustangs are fun comfortable little cars, but that don't make them fast... lol..
