I have an opportunity to procure two early 1930's GMC trucks. I can't recall seeing very many traditional style rpu's out of GMC's. As far as the quality of these trucks I do not know. I do know that I would need both to make one. They would be on rolling chassies but w/o engines. Anyone who has imput or a pic of a chopped and channeled GMC would be greatly appreciated. I know that anything in decent shape would make a worth while project. I just need to get excited enough about a GMC to counter the whole "wait for the right rpu project" feeling to leave.

Maybe when I get pics this evening from the owner It will help.

I believe it looks just like a Chevy from same period. Biggest drawback to the 36 and earlier is that they are wood reinforced. But if you are taking the top off, then you will probably have enough skills to replace the rotted wood with metal.

The frame is parallel leafs F & R. Depending on the style, you can change that to whatever you want.

What do they look like? I have a 32 Chevy 1 1/2 ton being used as yard art. I need the windshield visor for it. Do they have a visor? Dean
