Well it's been a long time coming onto this message board, never had a computer until recentley and I'm already lovin what I see. Can't wait for more swappin and learnin; highly interested in the tech pages, how-to's, classifieds, and well.. everything else! *Hope to be able to add some input as well though it seems ya'll got most everything in control.*
Born and raised in Vegas and the entire culture out here captivated me from the start. Used to seem like I was the only greaser around in high school and after a few years all I know are gear heads like myself. Highly into the music scene as well; to me there's no better place to go cruisin than to a good show! Involved with the Atomic Cruisers C.C. (been friends and family for almost 8 years and we just changed our name) and there's no end in sight. Some of our guys are in a traditional rockabilly band to boot!*
I've had a 1950 Shoebox which I absolutley loved however tight space and no funds led me to get rid of it. I've been riding a Yamaha V-Star for 8 years that I've completely changed into a rat bike; built the rear fender out of an old spare tire cover, widened to fit the tire, twisted square bar sissy bar, 39 ford tailight, ape hangers and soon-to-be: jockey shift made from old e-brake and a coffin tank (thanks for the build yer own metal brake thread!! Don't have to find some one to do that for me now). Would love to get into body work and build a roadster before I finally tackle another shoebox. Well thanks for your time and I'll let ya get back to more important things! Cheers!!
