Just posted for the first time and noticed the letters "FNG" below my name. I didn't put them there and need instructions for removing them.

Rnade, on the older version there was a section that told you what the deal was with the labels, as far as I know it is no longer here. Don't worry about the titles they change with time, almost everyones does.

I was trying to be nice and answer your question, and even tell you what the letters stood for (Notice how the first letter of each word was BOLD?), that's what the little smiley face meant, but then you got your panties in a bunch....

You will settle in much easier.seems u guys spend an awful lot of time beatin up on newbies! maybe u all should spend less time on the web and more time actually building a hotrod than talking about building one. where do u all find the time since i look at your post histories and it seems like your guys are allways on the web!. do u guys actually build or fabricate anything?
ps. im a single dad, work 9 hrs a day, and build my car at night in an unheated garage till the wee hrs. i go on this site to get car info and all i see is your silly rants.....go build something please!

I guess Nancy here hasn't ever belonged to an organization with actual guys in it. FNG is a very very light form of an initiation. Remember Animal House, Old School, or even in Boy Scouts where you get "initiated" to see if you are going to hang around or they even want you around?

Rande...If it's any consolation FNG is also "Fairly New Guy"....lay back and enjoy the HAMB...I got flamed when I started 'cuz I didn't do my "Bio"...take care of that and you'll really enjoy this place...especially if you go out to the different get-together's and meet the people who make this such a great place. anyone that gives rande shit is o.k. in my book.. he is 6 foot 2 inches tall and weight is about 175.. and can press 367. He picks up tranny's with one hand and bolts them in with the other..all while watching t.v. reading a book and masterbating..quite a guy's guy...If you know what I mean.. I think he would do good in california.. He is independantly wealthy and fights women off ...unless they look like a supermodel and then fights them off for the guys with them. anyway.. the more shit he gets the better it is.. By the way..he's as close to a brother(favorite brother) as you can get and not be one. A great guy...but I would never tell him that. You know this guy is a little off his rocker.. for god's sake.. he drives a ford.. anyone that drives a ford..just isn't right..the good lord made caddy's for a reason.. so ever other car made would have something to dream about growing up and into. Caddy's are chevy's with class. I mean really what other car in 59 had thermostate controlled instant heat and air. power windows, seats, vents, dimmer, power antenna, and air ride suspension...and was instantly recognized as the ultimate status symbol. Well anyway rande is nuts and deserves every ugly word spoken about him. Also some very nice words about his ablity with a wrench, torch, wire, and air tools.. Some call him the wizard of ingenuity.. I just call him the king of cobble..
