Here's a 11x34 inch pen drawing I did for work this week. It's basically a drawing from a photograph of an old main street in Pahoke, FL during the 1940's. This is going to be printed on wood and put up in their town library. Great art so far guys .....and Gary I really love your open wheel idea for a stingray!

Meteor, I like these! Cool! How'd you get the dot screen effect?

Yes, that's exactly what I did. The only final step I added was I used live trace in Illustrator to make the halftone vector. I also like how it makes the dots not perfect - gives it a hand drawn feel.

There is a great Robert Williams show of his 2007-2009 work at CSUN campus gallery going on right now for those of you who live in SF Valley.
I think Bomonsters on FIRE! Spoggie is also one of my faves.Everybody has cool stuff this week, Locab and GaryC are smokin um, too many to list!

Can you imagine trying to organize an art show like this, on purpose ? Every week it just happens and it's always got some of the COOLEST stuff - ever.
And you know, I can't remember if an "ART CRITIQUE" ever poisoned a show ... ? take it for what it is - AWESOME.
