beltline rust

Does anyone know of a patch panel or how to make one? This area is rusted really bad on both sides under the quarter windows...mainly in the beltline itself but into the sheet metal above as well. Any ideas? I have looked and it seems that Howells offers the biggest selection of patch panels for T's...anyone know of any other suppliers?

I think there's a seam between the top and bottom pieces.Might have to make your patch panels with a bead roller.
