Yep!! I looked at the pics and the description, and shit I can't find anything to Hot Rod.

...there's just something about a "hot rod" that's available near some abandoned fields in Brooklyn (near the 'projects')...opportunity of the century.....naw...prolly pushed there from the Bronx...

Hey Nailhead how was Thursday? Sorry I missed it...
I don't know about "Hot rodder's dream", but put a 455 in it like he said, and it would certainly be a hot rod. Not a "traditional" hot rod, but a hot rod none the less.
