looking for info on SHAW BROS. Cams

I caught an old grey beard talkin about putting his flattie together and using a "Shaw Brothers cam" Now for my questions...

Did they have a cool logo, and where can I see one?

When did they go out... Sell out... Or did they?

Did they make cams or any other goodies for early 327 Chevys
