Is there a seal in pill box that seats against the pill?
The old pill box on my altered used to have one I think.
But, it was made of brass where the new pill boxes are all aluminum. In the manuals they talk about 2 seals but they only show the one between the two halves where it screws together. Anyone know?

Root no there isnt.
1--body
2--poppet
3--.016 spring
4--pill chamferd side facing incoming fuel
5--4-10 seal.rubber o ringed washer
6--end cap--

Maybe the way the poppet seals to the body ? dont know--feder

No seal. Just the lightweight spring. Of course, I'm referring to the old brass one.
