Today was one of those rare great days in life! My 10 year old got up on this AM and instead of watching cartoons, he wanted to WELD! So we Z'd the rear of the Model A frame which was on the list ot do but had been been set aside. I also introduced him to the one and only band that ever mattered - THE CLASH! We listened to "London Calling" about 10 times and cut and danced and welded our day away. Later in the afternoon we had to stop so Levi could go to his belt test for Tae kwon do. He passed to a green belt which is half way to black belt. To my suprise and of course absolute pleasure he proceeded to beat his opponent in sparring, not only beat him but knocked him down THREE times in the span of a 2 minute round. Attached is a photo of said thrashing.
I know this is somewhat O/T but the things that make a Poppa happy, working on the rod with the boy, THE CLASH, and a good old fasion ass kickin!
