Good Morning! What a great place this is.
I was born in '48, used to hang out with the Highlanders HRC in NE Pennsylvania, but that was another time. I had a '50 shoebox, a '47 Super Deluxe Ford convert and a 57 BelAir hardtop, not all at the same time. Uncle Sam in '67 was hiring and while in San Diego waiting to go to SE Asia, I put a smallblock Ford into my MGA.
I have a bunch of antiques (and a 70 ElCamino) now, including a couple LaSalles, hence the name, but I have a fix on a Ford truck flathead because I need a rat, bad.
Thanks for doing what you are doing!

OK, still learning the lingo, I guess I mean I want a thirties coupe or truck, no fenders, skinny tires, don't hafta wash it, loud when I get on it, not much chrome at all, crappy paint, comfortable to ride the back roads, looks good parked outside the Broken Spoke or the CC, no radio, no cruise, tilt, air, locks or any of that stuff. What do you call that?

Hello! Glad you found your way over here, I'm sure you'll enjoy the place. I don't think there is a more helpful bunch of car people on the web than right here.
