I want to order a CE I beam (forged), but I see that they are 47" wide. All the spring retailers seem to only stock springs for 46" or 48" wide axles. Which one do I use? Didn't want to buy CE's because i wanted a reverse eyed spring.

Does anyone else sell forged axles?

You need to measure the width between spring perch holes, not the king pin holes (which are 47" for CE), to get the proper spring.

thr CE 47" I-beam has 35 inches from spring perch to spring perch. so you will need a 30" spring. CE has them,you can also get them from posies. it's just a little odd in size compared to superbell or magnum.
