Another 60yr. old still messing with old cars... must be in our blood!
Built my first Street Rod in the early 80s, a 36 Chev Sedan 400sb / thm 400 powered. I finished (well almost) my current ride in 1988 and took it drag racing at the NDRA's Milan Dragway event. It's a 30 Model A Coupe, 454 / thm 400 (w/switch pitch converter). We've been to the NSRA events, lots of runs over the years... hard to believe this car has been on the road over 20 yrs!
Now retired, looking at that old Model A sedan body in my shop, thinking about the 327 I built in high school that sits on the engine stand next to it, and a Muncie on the shelf..... Hmmm maybe HAMB will inspire another Hot Rod!
