I recently had a avatar shrunk down to size (thanks blacksix) but now when I try and load it it says something about not in a gnp,jmp? format!

how do I get it to the proper format to be able to download it to my avatar?...thanks xtralow

what are you using to resize? in Photoshop...choose save as...then jpeg, etc.
