Mornin. my names Andrew and I'm 18. yup I'm a fresh cut but thats ok. i go to school at TSTC in Waco for an associates degree in auto mechanics, but thats going on hold after this semester because I am going to serve my country. i feel everyone who can should do their part. but enough of that for now, i love cars. i have since i can remember. i started my collection at 13.
i own 4 cars currently. i'm about to sell off my 2 imports and just have trucks.
1984 Nissan 300zx n/a
1983 Datsun 280zx n/a
1990 GMC Sierra w/ a 4.3 v6
1966 Chevy 10 truck w/ a '76 small block 350
i'm an old gm guy at heart. before they became "Government" Motors. i am currently workin on buildin a diesel rat rod. just startin the blueprints.
my Electrical teacher here at TSTC showed me this site. looks like a good place. Look forward to it.

Rusty, welcome from up in Denton. Thank you for your service and I pray you stay safe! The term "rat rod" is not really a good thing around here.....call it a hot rod. Most people view rat rods as intentionally built to look like crap with exposed welds, excessive rust, and so on. Hot Rods are well built and are safe. Either way, good to have you here, and stay safe where ever Uncle Sam takes you.

yeah most people think shitty when rat rod is mentioned. im looking for that style, but like you said, safe and clean. just the open hood and fender style with a chop. and LTM, hopefully it'll be running by then. and thanks everyone!
