Well, I guess this is as good a place as any to experiment. I hope no one takes exception!I'm having difficulty having the text appear on the board the same way it does in the "reply" or "preview" box. While composing, everything appears correctly. When the post is submitted, it shows up on the board as a run-on paragraph.Let's see what happens doing it this way.

That appears to be working better. Now I need to check to see if the normal spacing between sentences gets condensed.

I'm sorry if I'm disturbing anyone. I thought this would be a safe place to play, without creating a new thread. I didn't want to muck up the main board with this useless (for others) drivel.

Thank you for your patience with me!

Can success be that simple?
As in, NOT using the preview feature?

A few more posts, to try a few things, and I'll be out of here!
That is, if all goes as hoped.

Let's see if I'm lucky.
Or, just a nuisance!

Well,this is the right place!
And the Enterkey works for me..

The preview might mess it up though.

C9 suggested hitting "return" at the end of each sentence.
That info was relayed to me by DrJ.

Jay also suggested hitting "return" twice to create a new paragraph.
That info was also relayed to me by DrJ.

Doing that, the info appears on the board in this format.
Thank you, C9 and DrJ.

Howdy, Zodoff! ....Thanks for tolerating my ineptness!

Fortunately for me, I'm better with tools than I am with computers!

Okay! --- I've learned that I can successfully edit my posts. ...That should help since I can't utilize the preview button for its intended purpose.

Just a few more things to try, and I'll get out of the way!

Wow! ...Things are falling into place for me. I'm glad I didn't have to waste space on the main board for this.

Now I have to try the "delete" feature, to clean up my mess. Thanks for your patience!

Thanks to Ryan, as well. He's already received some support from me.

Nothing more to add from me Bruce except for a big "howdy" and please tell your lovely wife I said "hi" and happy holidays.

Thank you, Denise!

Of course, the Holiday Wishes return to you as well.

I hope we get to see you again this coming year at York or Syracuse.

I didn't expect anyone to be reading over my shoulder, especially back here in this corner.

Think SPRING!! --- It's only 4 LONG months away.

I always have your back bud, just like you've always got mine, right?

For sure I'll be in Syracuse. Got some unfinished business to take care of http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif As far as York goes, probley not. LOTS going on in June, Indy, BTT50's, and my bosses wedding. My summer is already packed and it's still 6 months away! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif You two need to make it out this way one of these days.

Your loading up to Ryans server so you need to make sure the image isn't too big. Thats about the only help I can give.
