Questions about the new HAMB

When there was a post with multiple pages, I used to be able to see all the pages at once by selecting the see all pages button. I don't see that any more. Is there another way of doing this. It is especially helpful when saving a post.
Also, why do most of the pix now download as attachment.php instead of there posters given name?

Can't answer about the attachment thing but Ryan stated last week he was working on getting the "view all" feature back. I miss it too. Hopefully soon.
