Posting photos from a floppy disk

Just last week befor the change I could post photos, now the same photos are "Too Large" to be accepted. What changed and how can I post photos again? Computer dummie so don't use too many fancy computer terms.

The picture in my last post was from a 3 1/2 floppy,,,,,,,,,,check the setting on your camera,,,no larger than 80 x 80. HRP
