Linking a Thumnail

Most of the pics on my site are already thumnailed. How do I link the thmbnail that I post on the HAMB directly to the large picture on my site. If I post just the Thumbnail image URL it will just take them to the Thumbnail....right?

So, how do I link that to the fullsize pic so you can click on the Thumnail and go to the pic?
Or do I just put the URL beneath it?
