View Full Version : Problem with alliance discount at Coker...

I was just running an online order through Coker, entered the current code, and the following popped up:

Coupon not available. Possible reasons:
- the coupon code you entered is incorrect;
- the coupon can be used only by a registered customer;
- the coupon is disabled or expired.

Is this an issue on Coker's end or HAMB? I am a registered customer at Coker, have an alliance membership, and no other funny business. Figured I'd pose the question here before I asked Coker.

Hopefully something simple...

It might be a burp in their system... Try giving them a call to order your stuff. They will honor the discount over the phone.

In the meantime, I'll figure out what happened.

I recently encountered the same problem with Coker,,12/1/09,,but a phone call straightened out the problem and two days later the tires were delivered and by that afternoon were mounted and on the car.:)

I was told by customer service that they have had a problem with people claiming to be alliance members trying to get the discount.

Thanks to Ryan for starting the Alliance program and all the Alliance Vendors for offering the discounts. HRP
