its called spam, the OP doesnt give a shit what type of forum they hit, they just care whether that forum gets alot of traffic.
You should never respond, that puts the thread to the top, just click the report button and be on your merry way reading the other threads that interest you.
It probably works for them or they wouldnt slam busy sites like this, so obviously, some of you will read that crap and buy some mail order aspirin.

There is a button to the lower left of the box [ report] , under the posters name area, click it and the thread or post gets sent to the rash for a good eyeballin and ass whoopin if deserved.

Ryan does want the first person that sees it to not only report it BUT respond on the thread with the word "reported". That way he, and the other mods, don't get the same thread reported multipal times.
