It's missing a gang plank!
I think it is from one of those crossover TV shows that didn't quite catch on "This Old Car" Sponsored by Sears. It had Bob Villa telling Jesse James what needed to be done. You think this is bad you should see the crew they were against...Norm Abrahms and Billy Lane!
That's just great...everybody has a good set of 26-27 coupe doors except me...even frickin' Donald Duck.

Or more correctly a "Rodent Rod" http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
that thing actually has some serious potential.
look beyond those fugly fenders, and there is an unmolested, but decapitated tall T coupe body there. find or fab the roof again, ditch the fenders and you got one hell of a start of a rod project. wonder what susp is under it?
who built disney cars, in say the 80's? that could be a nice but dated pro built chassis under there.
We usta get some awesome psychodelic drugs here in California and some of the effects are quite permanent.
I haven't seen them affect an actual photograph before though?!?
That thing doesn't really look like that does it?
Photoshop?
As far as title goes maybe "Jalopy"
I HATE "Art Cars" but if the owner thinks that is what it is, it's probably the least puky one yet.
Its kinda fun actually and the body looks unadulterated ( other than making it topless) so the fenders can come off and go back in the attic with the other Halloween decorations. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

the pirates of the caribbean movie is new, so it could have brand new technology for the suspension. Since DISNEY made it, im sure that not many expenses were spared on their construction.

I think I saw Disney with a nice 49-51 Merc one time painted Pepto Bismol Pink and some character ripping through the roof of it. I don't know which one was worse.

Disney recycles cars,
I could have bee painted for any thing prior to the pirate movie thing, I don't know what connection a Model T would have with have with a pirate movie?
Could've had Little Mermaid painted on it 10 years ago.
