SOLD Thanx HAMB!
1930 Chevy 2-door Sedan. It has been upgraded with a later, newly rebuilt '36 Chevy 194 ci 6-cylinder engine and trans. The new engine has never been run, and turns over easily when the starter's hooked up. It also has a later rearend, probably also a '36. This car still has mechanical brakes. There has been some body filler & fiberglass work in the body and fenders. There are window garnish mouldings included with the car. This car needs a few things. The transmission and driveshaft aren't connected, there's no wiring, no gas tank, no gauges, and missing some odds & ends for a complete car. The wheels are powder-coated black with what appear to be new tires. The upholstery was done about 10 years ago in silver mohhair / velour, and have been wrapped in plastic until a few months ago. NO title. Bill of sale only.
I also have available (not included with the car) complete front & rear ends with springs and brakes from a '38 Chevy truck. They would need typical rebuilding. The '38 Chevy truck parts have hydraulic brakes, and the same bolt-pattern as the '30, and the '38 front end will bolt right into this car. The '38 Chevy rear end is about an inch wider, and would be easy to install with a little fabrication.
Both complete front and rear ends, could be purchased for an additional 300.00 if interested.
I could e-mail more pictures if desired.
This car would have to be picked up. Or, if you want to arrange for shipping, I could assist in that. I could possibly deliver this for gas money, around So. Cal. 4,200.00 obo
