I am going where no man has gone before. So we get to the point. 37 Buick, has uprights and kingpins with independant suspension. Has lower A-arms, has single upper control arm. I want to modify the lower Buick A-arm to accept a chevy ball joint. Then install the chevy spindle, then set for netural caster camber, then position the new upper A-arm to allow for adjustment, then weld in the stock chevy bracket that will then hold the upper a-arm. This will give me disc brakes, keep me from clipping the front end. And give me all the existing hardware from the chevy to install. I am aware of not building in bump steer, aware of horziontal position of a-arms and tie rods etc.. Has anyone ever done anything like this. yea I know most people pay the 2K and go mustang II, but I do not want to cut out the existing cross member. Thanks for any websites or suggestions. Hray

You should post this on the main board. This is for questions and suggestions about the board. I can't answer any of your questions, but I can give some advice. Do an intro on the main board before the intro police get ya.
