Hey all! My name is Bill and I live in White Rock, B.C. Canada eh! I've been a car guy ever since I can remember, I'm 30 now. Started out helping my Dad as soon as I was tall enough to see over the grill. He had a '62 Falcon and a '65 Rambler wagon back then. My first car was a '65 Comet Caliente when I was 15. It ended up with all kinds of hideous spray painted shit all over it and we used to use it as a "skate car" (wish I had pics of a locked in smith grind on a front fender) Here she is in all her glory:

Ended up selling it for parts after the local authorities decided it wasn't roadworthy.
Had a few other cars and then got into VW's pretty heavy for a while. Built a full show '68. I won't go into details because I know most of you don't care, but here it is anyway:

Drove a '61 VW panel van for a couple of years and sold that to look for another big ol' american car. Found and bought a '55 Pontiac and drove that for about a year until I grenaded the motor.

This car is back on the road locally with a new owner!

Decided I needed a reliable daily driver so I went back to what I know and found a decent '57 oval window bug shell. Took 3 months, using mostly parts I had lying around and came up with this:

I am currently enrolled full time in an Auto Trim class at a local college and am hoping to be able to get into a custom shop when I'm done (any local guys got any leads for me?) Here's a practice panel I designed and made in class. I plan on using this design in the oval with black and red tuck and roll on a custom bench seat for the front.

(There is now a chrome strip between the carpet and the red vinyl so all those staple puckers don't show.)

I think that's all for now, so I'll see ya around!

Rocky, sounds like a cool tail light idea you've got there! If yu want the one the Rev has you can have it. I would just be taking it as spare parts so it might as well go some where that it will be used.
