This truck has been professionally chopped, channeled and sectioned. It has been chopped 2", sectioned 2.5" and channeled 2.5".
The entire frame has been professionally reworked and 100% tig welded. The rails were stripped and boxed the entire length. The rear portion of the frame has been stepped up to allow the truck to sit on the ground, but you can't even tell because the work is so nice. Complete tubular x-member with removable transmission mount.
It has all new front independent suspension with tubular a-arms, Heidts drop spindles, Wilwood brakes, flaming river rack and pinion steering and stainless brake lines.
The rear suspension is a 4-bar system with a Ford 9" and a Watts link in place of the panhard bar. It has brand new Ford SVO disc brakes in the rear that have the drum e-brake in the hat of the rotor. Has custom built driveline.
It has Air Ride Technologies 4-way air ride system to control each wheel independently with big compressor. It rides really nice.
It has Coker radial wide whitewalls with powdercoated red steelies.
The engine is a completely rebuilt, by a professional, Chevy 350 with vintage Edelbrock finned valve covers, edelbrock intake and carb, Mallory unilite breakerless ignition, and only has about 3000 on it since this engine was installed. Has crossflow radiator.
The transmission is a completely rebuilt turbo 400 with new everthing. Shifts nice. Went in the same time the engine went in.
Completely rewired with Ron Francis wiring harness.
All new 16g floors and kick panels
This truck runs and drives perfect.
Custom built bench seat and aluminum door panels.
It has extras such as the rebuilt stock radio, Lokar shifter and e-brake, finned radial tranny cooler, Lokar trans dipstick, crossflow radiator, all stainless steel brake lines, new oak bedwood with stainless strips and bolts, new stainless tailgate chains and hinges, chrome grille, new chrome bumpers, includes new weatherstrip and rubber kit, new hood stainless strip, and more.
Completely rust free except for a little in the running boards that was never repaired. It has nothing fancy for a paint job and still does have some work that needs to be done. The frame needs to be painted or powdercoated, but is protected by some rust prevention spray. You can finish it your way or drive it as is.
There has been no bodywork done, so what you see is actually the shape the metal is. The chop, channel and section were done very nicely
