1946 Chevy 3/4 Ton Pickup Truck. This is truely a barn find, but better yet it was stored in a concrete floored garage for over 30 years. It is a surprizingly solid, non-molested truck. The only rust issues are on the bottom of the doors, and the rear fenders. Everything else is solid. The original 216 engine is free (not stuck), but currently not running. It has the original 17 inch split wheels, 4 speed transmission with granny gear and heavy rear full float axle. The truck is complete excluding the front bumper and is all original except for the bed, which is a period correct GMC bed that has the factory steel floor. I even have the original hand crank to start the engine. Looking possible trades.. 55-57 Chevys, Model As, or late 30's to 40 sedans. Also on the lookout for a 49-50 Pontiac Silverstreak 2 door fastback. I like old stuff, so let me know what you have. POSSIBLE ATV TRADE?? I have had this truck for several years now and initially had plans to restore it. Due to the addition of two kids, I would prefer to invest money into something that the whole family could ride in and enjoy. This is the only reason that I am selling it.
