***I CAN DELIVER THIS TRUCK TO GOODGUYS CHARLOTTE ON HALLOWEEN WEEKEND***
IT WILL BE FOR SALE AT GOODGUYS IF IT DOESN'T SELL HERE FIRST. AFTER THAT IT'S EBAY.

I'm only putting this up for sale so I can get a good head start on my new '55 chevy pickup. This has been my daily driver for the last year and a half.

All the good stuff has already been done. It has power discs up front, 5 lug all the way around, power steering, 350/powerglide, lowered 6", chrome bumpers and grill (factory pieces, not P.O.S. repops that'll rust out in two years).

It needs patches for the door bottoms which are included. It needs above the windshield patched, a good new patch panel is included. Also included is a "new" perfect windshied from a '62. No glazing or cracks or chips and no worries with thin repop glass. It has decent glass in it now, but with a couple of chips. Front fenders have an older repair that could use fixing right with some $20 patch panels, but they look ok as is. An extra set of fenders and a set of complete doors (glass and internals, but bottoms are the usual holey) is also included. That's pretty much all the "bad".

The motor is a '79 block made to look vintage with real finned vette valve covers, old Edlebrock Torker intake with oil fill tube (pcv installed), and cool helmet/bell air cleaner. It has headers and an open exhaust. It's loud and sounds awesome.

Interior is older original and decent for that. Chain steering wheel in the black and white interior. Everything works like it should, gauges, lights, turn signals, everything. It has the deluxe heater and all functions work.

Wheels are 15" painted steelies and the tires are nearly new (235/75/15). Decent ride quality for such a low static drop. The front bumps from time to time on large potholes. I also have another set of lower control arms with the bumpstop brackets shaved that would cure this on all but the most giant bumps like driving over curbs at speed.

This truck is a Custom Cab long bed with the cool big back window. The cab sails are there. Trim holes in the body have been filled by welding. The door handles may or may not be shaved by the time this sells (I'll be doing it soon). The bed is super straight with only a couple of tiny dings properly filled. The tailgate chains are shaved. The hood is from a '61 which some love and some hate, I happen to love it. The grill is from a '60 in factory anodized aluminum.

This is a nice truck and doesn't need much to be a show stopper. A couple of patches, some paint, and a seat cover will have you the envy of all your truck buddies. I need $4,800. It'll be going to Goodguys in Charlotte in a couple of weeks. I can meet you there. Or come to Concord and drive it home. I will sell overseas if you make ALL the shipping arrangements. You can't buy a piece of shit in the woods and do all this stuff to it for the same money.

I had been doing stuff to this truck since I bought it with the intention of keeping it forever. I have since aquired my dream truck a '55 chevy stepside. I'd like to sell this to get the '55 super duper. I will continue to do the small stuff left until this sells (like shaving the door handles, door patches, repainting the interior, etc.). Get it now so I don't have to work, lol. :D

Patial list of NEW parts within the last few months...

Ok, I'll let you talk me down to $4,500. I seriously need to get started on my new '55. It's mocking me with it's stockness. I found some stuff I want to buy, but I need your money first. :D

I'm gonna put this sumbitch on Ebay. Get at me first. I may take trades for a kickass shovelhead or a super sweet sporty chop. No jap stuff or rat bikes need apply. Maybe a partial trade for a nice running small block/4speed for my '55 chevy pickup. Maybe a partial trade for a chevy pickup project (AD or TF). Try me out.

$4,100 until next Monday. It's going on Ebay then, as much as I hate 'em. I'd really like to get started on my '55.
