Got up this morning and it was 60 degrees in the house.
I switched the thermostat from heat to a/c still nothing.
It started acting a little odd the other day.
It would kick on the blower as soon as I would lower the temp on the tstat, not letting the closet heat up first.

Now I have no power, I assume to the tstat. I haven't had time to ck it with a meter since we are heading to Austin today.

My first suspect is the tstat, since it is as old as the house...circa 1984.

Second guess would be the transformer, which is also the same age as the house. Gimme your thoughts so I don't have to worry all weekend.

Thanks

I figured it out I think.
It was the microswitch in the heater closet area. I must have not gotten the door on right when I changed the filter.
