Is there any way to look at old mail that has been deleated?

Is there any way to look at mail that you have sent to someone else??

#1 No, not that I know of.

#2 You need to mark the box that says something to the effect that you want to keep a copy of what was sent. There is also a box to check if you want a read receipt.
